Restorative Yoga (all levels welcomed)

Postures are held for an extended period of time. Props (bolsters, blocks,
blankets & straps) are utilized for a more comfortable deep stretch.

Tuesday

12:15-1:15pm

 

 

5:30 – 6:45 pm

Yoga Fusion (Mat Pilates/Yoga) 

Class focuses fusing yoga & mat pilates to train “core” muscles ie: abs,
obliques, back, glutes, hamstrings, & quads.

Yin Yoga w/ Guided Meditation – starts November 5th (all levels welcomed)

Gentle style yoga that anyone can do to bring healing to the
musculoskeletal system & spine.

Thursday

12:15-1:15pm

Vinyasa Flow (some experience recommended)

This class focuses on the breath to guide movement at a quicker pace.
Class involves standing, balancing, & seated postures.

Friday

9:30am-10:45am

Yoga for Neck & Back Pain (all levels welcome)

Class designed to heal & relief the body of pain especially in the neck &
back.

Saturday

*we are closed on the first

Saturday of each month for R&R

8:15-9:30am

Gentle Flow Yoga (all levels welcome)

This is a gentle class that focuses on the breath to guide movement. Class
involves standing, balancing, & seated postures.
