obliques, back, glutes, hamstrings, & quads.


Tuesday  5:30-6:45pm
Yin Yoga With Meditation (beginner to advanced)
Taught by: Nikki

Gentle style yoga that anyone can do to bring healing to the
musculoskeletal system & spine.


Thursday  9:30-10:30am (*This class is starting January 19th)
Pilates Cardio Fusion  (experience recommended)
Taught by: Casey

Class focused on traditional mat pilates with bursts of cardio.


Friday 9:30-10:45am
Gentle Yoga (beginner to advanced)
Taught by: Amanda

This is a gentle class that focuses on the breath to guide movement. Class
involves standing, balancing, & seated postures.


Saturday  8:15-9:30am
Restorative Yoga (beginner to advanced)
