Yoga For Neck & Back Pain (beginner to advanced)

Class designed to heal & relief the body of pain especially in the neck & back

Saturday  8:15-9:30am
Restorative Yoga (beginner to advanced)

This is a gentle class that focuses on the breath to guide movement. Class
involves standing, balancing, & seated postures.
